Dormettingen, Deutschland - A cultural fireworks illuminate Dormettingen! The municipality in the Zollernalb district again becomes a cultural metropolis by offering two aspiring artists, Henry Smith and Sarah Schmidt. In the historical rooms of the town hall, they present their works and ensure a visual festival that inspires visitors.
The vernissage, which took place for the 13th time, attracted a huge crowd. The citizens' hall was filled to the last seat, while Martin Wäschle and Thomas Jerg musically accompanied the event. Mayor Anton Müller, who is preparing for his retirement, spoke with a touch of melancholy. In his last speech in front of such a venerable audience, he expressed the hope that this cultural tradition will continue to live after he left. A support association, headed by Wolfgang Kiene and Müller's long -standing deputy Elmar Weckenmann, has already been founded to ensure the continuation of the cultural days.
a festival of art and emotions
The joy of the works of art by Smith and Schmidt was tangible, but the event was also shaped by a bitter sweet note. Müller, who will retire next year, looked back on a successful term and wishes that the cultural activities in Dormettingen will continue to bloom. The vernissage was not only a festival of art, but also an important moment for the community, which is looking forward to the future while at the same time adopting an esteemed mayor.
