In a shocking incident in Rickenbach, war ammunition was discovered during renovation work! On Monday afternoon, November 11th, craftsmen encountered two heavily rusted grenades and around 50 rifle cartridges, which apparently stored in a hiding place for decades. The police immediately requested the State of Baden-Württemberg to dispose of the dangerous ammunition safely. Anyone who deposited the ammunition there remains a mystery!
In the meantime there were other incidents in the Region. In Lenzburg, in the canton of Aargau, a fire broke out on the same day in the mill school school. Shortly before noon, smoke was noticed in the stairwell and the fire brigade was alerted immediately. The rapid reaction of the emergency services prevented worse things, and all students and teachers were able to leave the building in good time and orderly. There is suspicion of arson, and the cantonal police have initiated a procedure to clarify the background.

Another incident occurred on Friday, November 8, when a 16-year-old fell on the L151 with her petty bike and slipped into oncoming traffic. Fortunately, she was only slightly injured, but the damage amounts to around 7000 euros.
