Schorndorf: 500 handicrafts for the Christmas campaign at the town hall!
Schorndorf, Deutschland - It will be festive in Schorndorf! Sabine Welter and her colleague Andrea Jilek have tirelessly crocheted, knitted and cloked handicrafts since mid -September. "I guess there are around 400 to 500 individual parts that have come together," reports Welter proudly. This impressive collection is part of a special campaign of self -operating tourism and city management (TUC), which is supposed to replace the traditional Christmas hat on the town hall roof.
a creative Christmas project
The idea behind this creative Christmas project is to make the city shine in a festive shine. Instead of the usual hat, a huge Santa Claus hat is made from the collected handicrafts. This will not only be an eye -catcher, but also bring together the community that has been involved in the past few months to create this work of art.
The great unveiling of the Santa Claus hat is imminent and the anticipation in the city is noticeable. The hat will not only inspire the citizens of Schorndorf, but also attract visitors who do not want to miss this unique work of art. A festival for the senses that will heat the festive mood in the city!
