The anticipation for the upcoming construction work for the replacement of the Adenauerbrücke is growing, because affected traffic routes in Neu-Ulm will change fundamentally. From the first quarter of 2025, the work begins, which will also affect the Danube Cycle Path on the Neu-Ulm side, where a complete blocking is necessary. The construction work also has an impact on bus traffic in the region. During the construction period, line 4 will run between the "Ehinger Tor" and "Illerbrücke" stops. Line 7, on the other hand, will be led through the construction site from Monday to Friday, with the “Adenauerbrücke” stop moving to the ring road. On weekends, especially from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, line 7 ends due to the blocking at the Ehinger Tor.
