On October 2, the youth culture center Tuttlingen experienced an evening full of creativity and passion for the poetry slam, which captivated the spectators! Part of the "Long Night of Democracy", which took place in over 20 cities in Baden-Württemberg, this event was a real magnet for everyone who is interested in politics and democracy. The stage was conquered by talented poets like Daniel Wagner, a multi-award-winning cabaret artist and poetry slammer, who inspired the audience with his sharp satire and profound humor. Next to him was Richard König, another stage professional who, with his gripping and humorous texts, caused thunderous applause. The two artists managed to convey the topics of democracy and politics in a creative way.

The organizers, including Youngcaritas of Caritas Schwarzwald-Alb-Donau and the youth department of the city of Tuttlingen, were more than satisfied after the event. "The Poetry Slam was a great success. It was great to see how many people - especially young people - were interested in the event and the topic of democracy," said Sarah Schubert and Dominik Hackenberg. Uschi Kattler, chair of the socio -cultural association Rittergarten, added that she hopes that this format will stimulate further discussions and discussions about our society.
