Indian restaurant Aroma inspires Immendingen with fresh flavors!
In Immendingen, a new Indian restaurant called "Aroma" recently opened its doors. The opening took place on July 20 and is led by Bansi Hasmukh Thummar and her husband Sandip Sorathiya. The couple is supported by friends and experienced chefs who are well trained and have gained international experiences in gastronomy.
The impetus to found the restaurant came through encouragement from acquaintances and an internal survey that made it clear that there is a need for authentic Indian cuisine in the region. "There is no other Indian within a radius of ten kilometers," said Sorathiya, who is proud to offer its guests a real Indian diversity that has not yet been found in the region.
The art of Indian cooking
For the team in the "aroma", the freshness of the ingredients is at the top. "We use fresh vegetables and also the cream cheese paneer and our Naan bread are homemade," continued Sorathiya. The chefs, Jahdish and Pradeep Singh, have over 20 years of experience, and their culinary skills come not only from India, but also from countries such as Malaysia and Dubai. "Every day begins in our kitchen with the fresh preparation of curry and rice," he added.
To ensure the authenticity of the dishes, the restaurant uses a variety of spices, including Masala and fresh herbs. The name "aroma" itself says a lot about the kitchen; Indian food is known for its intensive and distinctive flavors.
atmosphere and expansion
The interior of the "aroma" contributes to the authentic Indian restaurant atmosphere. The colorful umbrellas and pictures come from India and show scenes from rural life. "This creates a special mood that our guests appreciate," remarked Kothiya, a friend of the entrepreneur and part of the service team.
In order to meet the needs of the guests, "Aroma" has also set up a delivery service via platforms such as Lieferando since mid -August. The restaurant is particularly popular in the evening when couples and families come together comfortably. In the future, the restaurant plans to open a second restaurant to delight even more guests with their kitchen.
The opening times are clearly visible at the front door, and the team strives to offer visitors an unforgettable experience. "We are currently fully concentrating on this restaurant. The first few months were promising and we are looking forward to the future," Sorathiya concluded.
