Great joy and unforgettable experiences for young people! An outdoor living group of the Diakonisches Social Diet Mariaberg organized an exciting holiday leisure in spring, supported by the generous 1500 euros of the Karl Hans-Finger Foundation. These excursions are not only an adventure, but also an opportunity for the young participants to explore the world and find new friends.

In picturesque log houses in Lauterdörfle in Hayingen, eight young people experienced exciting days under the care of their supervisors. From visits to the planetarium to eventful hikes and bike tours - the program was full of highlights! A real holiday adventure, far from everyday life, which offered the participants a valuable break. Here they could enjoy the beauty of nature and get to know their limits in a new way.

This holiday leisure was a significant opportunity, especially for young people who have to deal with special challenges and a heavy load from the past. Spending somewhere else and experiencing yourself in a new environment was not only exciting, but also therapeutic. It offered them the chance to discover themselves and the others in a completely new way and to share their individual experiences.

The Karl Hans-Finger Foundation, active since 1999, is devoted to the support of needy children-not only local, but also internationally. This year the focus was on well -being and happiness from these young people. A valuable project that proves how important such experiences are!
