While the renovation work at Kuhn’s house is progressing, there is a standstill at the construction sites of the Löffler company on Riedlinger Tor and the Schanz site. There is only a lonely distribution box on the Riedlinger Tor and nature has already recaptured the area. The Schanz area has only rusty steel beams and the facade of the black eagle is temporarily protected.

For the Schanz site, there are also adjustments. In addition to business premises, 25 to 30 apartments are planned and the traditional black eagle is preserved!
