The talented chef has already cooked in the best houses in Germany, Switzerland, London and Barcelona. At the age of 24 he received his first Michelin star in the famous “Alkimia” restaurant in Barcelona. Eberhard uses his over 20 years of experience in gastronomy to present the guests at the finest kitchen art in the Kurhaus Bad Dürrheim. His culinary role models? Sizes like Michel Bras and Marco Pierre White. A real pleasure when he conjures up the best regional products!
