Katharinenhöhe, Furtwangen, Deutschland - La tournée en peluche a une fois de plus évoqué un sourire sur les visages des enfants de la clinique de réadaptation de Katharinenhöhe. La cinquième édition de cet événement de coeur a eu lieu à Deißlingen, où 63 camions ont été envoyés dans la rue pour donner aux enfants un cancer. This special event, which was initiated by Bernd Bick and the Trucker Club "Buschbamber Nürburgring", experienced an overwhelming response from volunteers who traveled from a huge catchment area with their trucks, including even a driver from Tyrol.

The origin of the teddy bear tour can be traced back to a hit: Jonny Hill's "Ruf Teddybär 1-4", who tells of a truck ride for a disabled boy. This inspires Bernd Bick to launch an event that should not only give the drivers, but above all the young passengers in the rehabilitation clinic.

Réponse et organisation impressionnantes

La foule était déjà énorme lors de l'inscription à la tournée de cette année. Bernd Bick a été littéralement dépassé - 80 inscriptions ont été reçues en très peu de temps. Due to the spatial conditions and the limited capacities on the Katharinenhöhe, he finally had to limit the number of participants to 70, so that not all applicants could participate. Ultimately, there were 63 trucks that occurred on the site and the places were quickly occupied, as some of them had to cancel some for health reasons.

L'itinéraire de la tournée a mené sur une route pittoresque et a ravi les conducteurs et les passagers. Everywhere along the route, especially in Triberg and St. Georgen, everyone experienced a warm greeting from many spectators who inspired the parade of the trucks.

"C'était très amusant pour tout le monde", souligne Ilona Kollum, le directeur administratif de la clinique. "Après la tournée, il y avait des yeux brillants partout." Les visages brillants des enfants ont également touché les conducteurs. Ces rencontres avec les jeunes patients qui proviennent souvent de conditions de vie stressantes ont rendu les chauffeurs de camion très réfléchis. Beaucoup d'entre eux ont établi des liens approfondis avec les familles au fil des ans.

Humeur solennelle et gratitude

Après la tournée, les chauffeurs et les organisateurs de la clinique ont été préparés pour une petite réception avec du café et du gâteau. Les chauffeurs ont également apporté des cadeaux et collecté des dons, ce qui a contribué à la fière somme de 925 euros qui bénéficiera aux enfants.
