Trainee-speed dating in Rottweil: Your chance of dream training!

The trainee-speed dating in Rottweil will be held for the second time on November 28, 2024-and that completely under the motto "Show us who you are". In the town hall, companies and students have the opportunity to exchange ideas about internships, apprenticeships and dual courses. Students have to register until November 11th to take part in this exciting event.

The focus is on the personal impression in the trainee speed dating, and without grades or certificates. "A person is behind every application," and that is exactly what the city of Rottweil wants to promote. Last year, the event started as a new format for the “Starter” training fair. Mayor Dr. Christian Ruf said that it was an important opportunity to make contact between young talents and the company world in the winter.

Preparation through coaching

A central element of the trainee-speed dating is the preparatory coaching in schools. Here the students deal with their strengths and interests in order to optimally prepare for discussions with companies. Binding registrations are also a key to success; Students choose up to four companies in advance with which they want to speak that day. Additional appointments can be made directly on the event day to make technical contacts.
