Ravensburger Clowns receive 1,500 euros for more joie de vivre!

The Ravensburger Clowns e.V. celebrate a great success: Thüga Energie gave you a generous Christmas donation of 1,500 euros! This support will enable the association to visit even more facilities that the happy clowns could not afford. Your goal? Bring joie de vivre and laugh at where it is most urgently needed - in clinics, retirement homes and social institutions.

Around 25 facilities in the Upper Swabian region regularly benefit from the visits to the Ravensburg clowns. This includes retirement homes, children's homes and care facilities. Marcus Mohr, regional manager of the Thüga Energie in Allgäu-Oberschwaben, emphasizes the importance of this work: "The clowns conjure up people of all ages a smile on the face, even in difficult life situations. This is a performance that deserves our full support."

Professional clowns for emotional encounters

The clowns are not only fun makers - they go through a comprehensive two -year training to master sensitive and spontaneous interactions with residents and patients. Manuela Redlich, who appears as a clown talina, describes the effect of her visits: "Laughter is the shortest connection between two people. Our regular visits create valuable moments of consolation, joy and coexistence." With the donation from Thüga Energie, the Ravensburger Clowns can not only continue their important work, but also achieve even more facilities that otherwise do not have the financial means for regular clown visits.

Currently, the association consists of 13 active clowns that react flexibly to the respective situation and integrate seamlessly into the everyday life of the facilities. "We are very grateful to Thüga Energie," explains Redlich. "Thanks to this support, we can give even more people a piece of lightness and confidence in difficult situations."
