Bicycle fascination in Ravensburg: Discover the cycling gallery!
An exciting event for all bicycle lovers! A captivating exhibition was opened in the district house in Ravensburg, which illuminates the world of bicycle in all its facets. This initiative is part of “Baden-Württemberg”, which aims to promote and celebrate cycling in everyday life. Visitors can learn everything about the fascinating history of the bike at Friedenstraße 6 - from the invention to modern developments. The exhibition also shows the best bike paths and offers in the district that make cycling a real experience.
"The bike is more than just a means of transportation," emphasizes Dr. Andreas Honikel-Günther, the deputy district administrator. "It brings joy and enriches our lives in a healthy way." The interactive exhibition offers exciting information about cycling in the district and the "Radkultur" initiative. For young and old there is a petrol column with information worth knowing. In addition, visitors can take part in a competition where a voucher for a new bicycle helmet is - an incentive to deal with the topic of traffic knowledge!
