Caution, fraudsters! Craftsman trickser in Rastatt and Muggensturm on the way

in Rastatt and Muggensturm drive unscrupulous fraudsters! Three supposed craftsmen appeared and caused excitement and police operations.

on Thursday morning, around 10.30 a.m., the brazen crooks, aged 48, 21 and 18, wanted to carry out renovation work on the roof at an estate in the Berlin Ring in Rastatt. But when they ignored and exchanged bricks, the police were alerted when they were asked to leave the property. The officials had to intervene to stop the fraudulent machinations.

The fraudsters are not alone!

The same fraudulent trio was also spotted in Muggensturm at 12.40 p.m. There they supposedly wanted to act against high moisture in a basement in Vogesenstrasse. But an attentive installer that the homeowner moved into found that there was no need for action and thus prevented the illegal work. Fortunately, there were no financial loss in both cases, but the police are investigating two of the three men about suspicion of undeclared work.
