On Friday morning, January 6, 2025, there was an incident in Ötisheim, in the Enzkreis, which called on the plan. A 55-year-old VW driver noticed his insecure driving style, which prompted an attentive witness to inform the police. At the subsequent traffic control on the confluence with Mühlackerstraße/Enzbergerstrasse, the driver ignored the instructions of the officials.

The driver then had to hand in a blood sample and leave his vehicle behind. Investigations also showed that the man had no valid driving license. He is now held responsible for drunkenness in traffic and driving without a license. This message was sent by the Pforzheim police headquarters at 1:15 p.m.
