Pastor Annemarie Czetsch, who has taken over the management since September 1, brings a breath of fresh air to the organization that is available around the clock for people in need. On Sunday, December 2, she will be officially introduced to her service in a solemn service in the Holy Spirit Church by Dean Deputy Deputy. Czetsch, who had previously worked as a parish priest for over twelve years, sees her new role as a kind of destination: "I almost had the feeling that my career career is going exactly on telephone pastoral care," explains the 56-year-old.

Telephone counseling is a "big blessing" for many who are looking for support in crises or in times of loneliness. "It is absolutely correct and important that there is this low -threshold offer," emphasizes Czetsch. The pastoral care is free, anonymous and confidential - a safe harbor for all those who just want to talk to someone. Whether acute crisis situation or the need for human contact, the volunteers are ready to listen empathetically and provide help. Czetsch is proud to be part of this team and to lead it, because the responsibility that goes with it is enormous.

The Rhein-Neckar telephone pastoral care is looking for new volunteers! If you are interested, you can look forward to high -quality training that not only conveys knowledge, but also promotes personal education and inner growth.
