Alpacas as therapy: Why these animals make stress forget!
In the picturesque region of Oberstenfeld-Gronau, alpacas are estimated as animal therapists. Daniela and Marcus Deuring discovered their passion for the gentle giants six years ago and benefit from the positive effects of the animals. These live not only in harmony, but also show a fine feeling for human emotions. So you can influence the pace of the group during walks and sometimes refuse to go on when tensions are felt. The demand for the charming hikes is great, especially during the last Christmas party, which the Deurings celebrated with a small festival on their pasture. The gentle and calming charisma of the alpacas also notice the visitors who are enthusiastic about the fluffy beings, as the Marbacher Zeitung reported.
an accident on the weekend
On the evening of December 22, however, there was a traffic accident on the winding road between Großbottwar and Winzerhausen, which overshadowed the weekend of the region. A 32-year-old with his Citroen C1 caught in wet road conditions and overturned onto a hill after an impact. Fortunately, the driver was only slightly injured and had to be taken to the hospital for control while his vehicle had to be towed with a damage of around 5000 euros. The Besigheim road maintenance department then ensured the cleaning of the road, as the Stuttgarter Zeitung reported.
The two events - the contemplative festival with the alpacas and the unfortunate traffic accident - show the most diverse facets of life in the region and illustrate how quickly joy can be worried.
