Sophienstraße becomes a bicycle road: construction work start on Monday!

In Karlsruhe, extensive renovation measures are imminent on Sophienstraße. The city administration has announced that the already signposted section will be further optimized as a bicycle road. The access closure for motor vehicle traffic on Lessingstrasse is now supplemented by additional structural adjustments.

These structural adjustments concern the part of Sophienstraße between Schiller and Reinhold-Frank-Straße. On Monday, October 14, 2024, the work will begin, which were commissioned by the municipal civil engineering office.
