The Kummich Group from Bopfingen causes a sensation: The successful car dealer takes over the well-known Rudhart car dealership with its locations in Heidenheim and Lauingen! The deal comes into force on January 1, and the expansion does not end here. With this strategic train, Kummich will expand its impressive vehicle world and operate 18 locations in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria from January, including over 460 employees!

The family business, which was founded by Thomas Kummich in 1985, soon celebrates its 40th anniversary. And now it has been decided to record the around 50 Rudhart employees with open arms. Kummich emphasizes that their integrations will go smoothly due to the many years of experience of these teams. "We will take over all employees of Autohaus Rudhart," says Kummich proudly and sees this takeover as an important step towards further growth in the region.

The takeover is characterized by a positive realignment: From January, the offer will not only include Opel vehicles, but also models from Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Jeep! This not only strengthens the customer network, but also expands the sales strategy of the Kummich vehicle world, which sells around 6,000 vehicles annually. In the past two years, Kummich has already acquired other companies, including the body and painting company Gießler and two other car dealerships.
