Achern, Deutschland - A class game festival is imminent! On November 16 and 17, 2024, the Hornisgrindehalle in Achern turns into a true paradise for game lovers. The Achern game club presents the 32nd game days with an impressive offer of around 600 games that will inspire both beginners and experienced players. From classic board games to the latest hits - there is something for everyone here!

The doors open on Saturday at 1 p.m. and visitors can look forward to a huge range of games. "The Achern game days not only attract local fans, but also players from Freudenstadt, Freiburg and even Switzerland," reports Barbara Spengler, board member of the game club. A highlight are the explanatory tables where new games are presented. "If you come alone, you should be there to get the best tips," recommends Spengler. A very special guest is also expected on Saturday: Steffen Bogen, art historian and professor, presents his latest board game, which is based on the "Campus Galli" monastery construction project.

An exciting program is waiting for visitors! On Saturday, game characters can be painted in a workshop, and there are exciting tournaments, including the key play in 2023 "Challengers". But that's not all: For the first time there will be a long night of the games! Ab 23 Uhr können die Teilnehmer bis Sonntagmorgen um 6 Uhr durchspielen und fachsimpeln.
