Michael Moravek inspires with a new album Night Songs!
On January 24, 2025, Michael Moravek will publish his new album "Night Songs". The album is presented in the theater foyer of the Wallgraben Theater, where Moravek will give a concert for his work. The songs of the album are a collection of compositions that have arisen between darkness and dawn and reflect universal feelings that arise on sleepless nights. According to bz-ticket.de the minimalist songs were recorded within a few days and are strongly inspired by Bruce Springsteens album "Nebraska".
Moravek, which is considered one of the most poetic Americana songwriters in Germany, is known for its profound, atmospheric and melancholic music. It attaches great importance to the moment of origin of his works. His previous publication, the album "November", received a lot of praise and was written for a play after Herman Melville's "Moby Dick".
