Freiburg: Germany's speed camera capital with record density!
Freiburg: Germany's speed camera capital with record density!
In Baden-Württemberg there is a red for drivers! A current investigation shows that the state has the highest speedy density in Germany. In particular, the city of Freiburg im Breisgau is ahead and leads with 35.37 flashes per 1000 hectares of street area. That is more than three times as much as the nationwide average of 11.47 speedmers! Here road users have to be constantly on the hat off so as not to fall into the radar traps.
With a lightning marathon in the back of the head, the drivers in Freiburg are particularly at risk. And it also burns in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart - these two cities take fourth and sixth place with 25.81 and 21.4 flashes per 1000 hectares. Drivers in these urban areas have to react at lightning speed to avoid expensive fines. Stuttgart also relies on mobile speed camera that is ready for use everywhere and put the speed to the test!
Baden-Württemberg: Kingdom of speed cameras!
The speed camera density is not only shocking, but also the reason why Baden-Württemberg is the most dangerous pavement for racers. While cities such as Freiburg, Karlsruhe and Stuttgart are on the list, there are also comparatively happy motorway drivers in cities such as Magdeburg or Krefeld, where Blitzern are a rarity. Magdeburg even trumps without a fixed speed camera - there is no one there! With 0.6 flashes per 1000 hectares of street area, it is a real driving pleasure there. But in Baden-Württemberg the adventure drive through the attentive radar points quickly becomes a real test of patience for all lead feet!
