The public prosecutor's office in Tübingen and the Esslingen criminal police are investigating him in two cases about suspicion of serious burglary. The man is suspected of having broken into an apartment in Nehren in July and stolen a vehicle key.

On July 24, the residents of the apartment on Reutlinger Straße discovered the intruder, which had reached their home via a balcony. The perpetrator was able to flee, but investigations and trace backups finally led to his identification. On the same day of the arrest, he is also associated with an attempted break -in into a family home in Tübingen, where an alarm system caused the perpetrator to flee.
