These men were caught at work directly on the construction site and are now facing severe allegations of the illegal stay. But that's not all! The employers of these men must now make themselves taken on criminal proceedings for aid for an illegal stay. In addition, they face administrative offense procedures for suspicion of illegal employment for foreigners.
