In the past few days, two shocking burglaries have occurred in Holzgerlingen and Gärtringen that the police called on the scene. On Friday, between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., unknown perpetrators broke into a family home in Holzgerlingen. They reached the property via an unlocked garden gate and pried open the patio door. Inside they ransacked cupboards and drawers and escaped with jewelry worth around 1,500 euros. Witnesses reported two dark -clad men near the crime scene. But that was not the only incident! In Gärtringen, another house was targeted between Sunday morning, November 3 and Friday afternoon, November 8th. Here, too, the perpetrators pried open the patio door and searched several rooms. The damage is estimated at around 1,000 euros, and jewelry was also stolen in this case.
