Friedrichshafen - a reason to celebrate! After almost three years of hard work, nine trainees from the Lake Constance district office completed their training with flying colors in July 2022. The freshly baked administrative assistants and the specialist IT specialist for system integration are ready to immerse yourself in the professional world and start their new careers!
District Administrator Lothar Wölfle did not miss the opportunity to congratulate the graduates personally and proudly presented them with their certificates and small gifts. Training manager Bettina Hirschle also beamed with joy, because all new employees enthusiastically accepted the offer to take over to an employment relationship in the district office. A clear proof of the excellent training and the good cooperation!

During their training period, the administrative assistants went through various offices of the district office, where they received valuable insights into various areas of life. From work in the building and property office to the youth welfare office and the environmental protection office- the prospective specialists gained extensive experiences. The IT specialist for system integration was active in all areas of the IT department and was largely responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and IT support.Preparations for the next year of training are already in full swing! The district office is looking forward to welcoming many young talents in different training and courses. A new vintage full of possibilities is just around the corner!
