Funding for nature conservation: Now submit applications by November 30th!

The state of Baden-Württemberg sets a strong sign of nature conservation! In 2025, funding will again flow into important measures for biotope and landscape maintenance as well as to national culture. The deadline for submitting funding applications ends on November 30th and should not be missed by everyone interested. Applications can be submitted directly to the Lower Nature Conservation Authority in the Bodenseekreis district office.

Which measures are eligible? There are a variety of options! From amphibian protection measures to the planting of field trees to the renaturation of rivers - the palette is wide. Herd protection measures for the wolf are also on the list. It is important that the measures do not result from a legal obligation and that no other subsidies from state or EU programs are requested.

who can submit applications?

The entitled to application are diverse: municipalities, associations, private individuals and other actors who manage or maintain land in the open landscape can apply for funding. It is a great opportunity to actively protect and preserve nature! The measures must also be designed in such a way that they have a permanent effect and can only be counted towards an eco -account if they are completed with the one -time grant.
