Markdorf, Deutschland - The Elisabethenmarkt in Markdorf faces an exciting challenge! This year the festival takes place with a fair, Sunday shopping and Krämermarkt under difficult conditions. Construction sites in the city center, especially on the "Adler", in Marktstrasse and on the city grave, make the organization difficult. "We have to reschedule," explains Jens Ortolf from the city administration, who is responsible for the annual and grower market. Despite these hurdles, the amusement park will offer visitors some exciting attractions, including a new chain carousel and a car scooter.

On Friday, November 8th, at 3 p.m., the amusement park will be ceremoniously opened. Mayor Deputy Dietmar Bitzenhofer will keep the opening speech and a "special guest" is expected. From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., visitors can drive with reduced prices on the rides. On Tuesday, November 12th, a family day with other reduced prices will take place. The opening times are from Friday to Tuesday, with the amusement park open on Friday and 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Sunday open Sunday on November 10th will take place from 12 noon to 5 p.m. The shops invite you to discover the latest autumn and winter collections. Cooking demonstrations and performances by Clown Carlos provide entertainment. On Monday, November 11th, over 70 retailers will transform the city center into a colorful market with a diverse offer. The main street is blocked from the post office and the diversion takes place via the B33. Despite the challenges of the weather in previous years, the organizers hope for a large number of visitors and an unforgettable experience for everyone!
