In the dynamic world of club management, knowledge is very important. A significant training of the volunteer agency for club board members recently took place, which was used by numerous voluntary leaders. Under the direction of speaker Karl Bosch, the participants experienced intensive training courses who dealt with the legal aspects of the association's work. "What legal requirements exist? How do you win new members?" Was central questions treated during the comprehensive event. The importance of the association statute, which serves as the basis for the association's work, was particularly emphasized. Topics such as club law, liability issues and data protection also played a central role in the discussion rounds. The training, which included two presentation days and four online modules, ended with a focus on conflict management-a constant topic in the club work, as numerous participants reported.

Thanks to the consistently positive feedback from the participants, the “club driver's license” 2025 is again offered. More and more board members recognize the need to expand their knowledge and thus make the club management more efficient. The Federal Working Group of the volunteer agencies also emphasizes the importance of such further training in order to meet the steadily growing challenges in club life. The need for well -founded training and information is enormous and will continue to play a central role in the future to sustainably promote the attractiveness of clubs and to strengthen membership loyalty. Further training is becoming an indispensable part of every board who takes on responsibility and wants to actively shape its association.
