Carinthia relies on AI: Revolution in the administration!
A new age of administration is heralded in Carinthia: From now on, all state employees can use the innovation artificial intelligence Carinthia! This state-of-the-art AI service is intended to consider the processes in the administration considerably and drive the processing of funding applications at a remarkable pace. Governor Peter Kaiser (SPÖ) recently presented the groundbreaking technology and emphasized that content such as government sessions, legal texts or notices can now be easily summarized, compared and even translated. This not only saves time for the clerks, but also made the administration even more service -oriented, such as ktn.gv.at reported.
To ensure that the sensitive data of the population is maximally protected, it is a local “in-house” solution that processes the data exclusively in the state-owned data center. This gives Carinthia a decisive advantage with regard to data protection and makes the state regardless of international internet giants. "The investment of 80,000 euros should quickly pay for itself," said Kaiser. The ambitious goal is to revolutionize the administration in Carinthia. In addition, despite these technological innovations, there is the possibility of continuing to submit applications analogously to many citizens, which is an important option for many citizens, such as "https://www.oe24.at/oesterreich/golandt/kaerntengpt-jetzt-jetzt-den-landesaemtern/61818183013" OE24.at added.
Carinthengpt in use
Carinthengpt has already undergone its first test phase in which 100 state employees have worked with the AI, and now it is gradually being transferred to regular operation. Christian Inzko, the country's CIO and CDO, revealed that the AI is able to read out invoices automatically and to check documents. "A correct question is crucial to achieve effective results," said Inzko. In order to optimally prepare the state employees for the new operation, training at the administrative academy is planned. The comprehensive knowledge that many employees will retire over the next ten years should also flow into the AI in order to secure the valuable knowledge in the long term.
