Austria starts AI revival: New factories for digital future!

Technische Universität Wien, 1040 Wien, Österreich - Austria plays a central role in a pioneering EU initiative to promote artificial intelligence (AI). Six new AI factories will be set up in Europe, including one in Vienna that is being built at the Technical University of Vienna (Vienna University of Vienna). This important project is carried out in cooperation with the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) and Advanced Computing Austria (ACA). The factories should act as nodes, bundle computing power, data and specialist knowledge in order to develop ethical and sustainable AI solutions and thus to strengthen the ecosystem for AI in Austria, such as 5min.at reported.
