The accident occurred between the Neuhof-Süd and Flieden junctions when the 47-year-old driver lost the tax with an Audi RS7 after a rapid acceleration race. Shocking details show that the two hazard lines raced through the tunnel over the left lanes when this serious incident suddenly occurred. Thanks to the quick reaction of first aiders, the injured driver, who was luckily only slightly injured, was freed from the vehicle.
