Hard i. Z. is breaking new ground: Mega project for dirty water and mobility!
In the municipality of Hart im Zillertal, the mayor Daniel Schweinberger presented with an exciting citizens' forum that was visited by numerous residents. Since taking office in March 2022, the train station has been showing new approaches to master central challenges. A core topic is the connection of the farms on the Hartberg to a dirty water system that will help improve the infrastructure. "We would like to put the line network on new legs for the drinking water supply. This means a comprehensive investment in the infrastructure," said Schweinberger and confirmed that some caves in higher locations should be connected to the sewer network in several years, such as Meindezirk.at reported.
Another important project concerns the implementation of a self -organized transport system after the municipality has to act without public transport. With the newly purchased minibus, called "Haxi", residents can book appointments such as visits to the doctor or social excursions for just two euros per trip. Schweinberger is convinced that this offers a practical solution, especially for childcare. The innovative approach is supported by the use of the App Waze, which transmits traffic control data to Google Maps and thus makes locks more efficient in winter, which improves flowing traffic during the tourist high season.
new projects and challenges
In the recent past, the municipality has completed further important projects, including the expansion of the cemetery with a new death chapel for around 2.5 million euros. Despite initial financial commitments from the Diocese of Salzburg, the actual means of lower are less. For the construction of a new middle school in Fügen, the municipality will take a sum of 5.3 million euros in hand, with 3.1 million being supported by the state of Tyrol. These inevitable investments are necessary to cover current and future needs of the community and to create a sustainable habitat, according to Schweinberger.
In the area of residential construction, the municipality also pursues new approaches. With the acquisition of 15,000 square meters of reason for 2.2 million euros, space for future living space is to be created. However, the municipality wants to avoid massive construction of the slope and intend to actively integrate the population into the design and development. A living kiosk at the upcoming hard Advent on December 14th is to serve as a platform to step into the dialogue with the citizens, so that the architects of the "Unison" office can develop new ideas on the building culture and quality of life, while the municipality can promote future -oriented solutions for the challenges of rural areas.
