From December 15, 2024, a new timetable from Deutsche Bahn comes into force, which brings numerous changes for travelers in Hesse and beyond. From December 16, there will be a direct ICE connection from Frankfurt to Paris every day, via Strasbourg. This increases the number of daily direct connections from Frankfurt to the French capital to seven. The connections between Frankfurt and Strasbourg will also be improved, with four instead of three direct trains per day.
