Tyrolean students inspire with creative ideas for more respect!

In an impressive school competition that mobilized all of Tyrol, the winners were announced today for more respect and appreciation in everyday school life. From East Tyrol to the Zillertal, schools reached creative projects that aimed to make respect in everyday life. Education Councilor Dr. Cornelia Hagele, who was part of the jury, praised the multitude of ideas, from practical guidelines to music and art projects. These initiatives are particularly important in times of social tensions, she emphasized.

The winners are: 1st place for the PTS Telfs, 2nd place for the Porg Volders and a divided 3rd place for HAK Innsbruck and TFBS Hall for garden, room & fashion. Each participating team benefited from new insights and a sharpened sense of community. In order to further promote the best ideas, Reschpekt Bildungs GmbH, together with the "Hand on heart" association for 2025, will develop a guide based on the student projects. A special award for the best projects will take place on December 20, 2024 at the peace light celebration in Innsbruck.

innovative learning opportunities

In addition to the creative competitive platform,

A separate learning app was launched in 2022, which conveys values such as respect and appreciation in micro learning format. Developed in cooperation with the Management Center Innsbruck and under the direction of experts, the app offers interactive formats such as quizzes and explanatory videos to help young people to learn essential values in a playful way. This app is operated by Reschpekt Bildungs GmbH and helps to promote self -inspection and empathy. Students who successfully complete the learning content receive a certificate as a reschpect ambassador, which continues to drive digital education at Tyrol's schools, as [Handaufsherz.tirol] reported.

The combination of innovative projects and the learning app impressively shows how commitment and modern technologies can help promote a respectful school culture. Tyrol's schools are on a promising path to a respectful cooperation.
