The renowned Austrian founding award Phoenix 2025 has just awarded the best founders: inside the country! A total of 197 projects were submitted and particularly innovative ideas stand out among the 12 finalists. Minister Eva-Maria Holzleitner and State Secretary Elisabeth Zehetner paid tribute to the outstanding achievements of the teams in the categories female entrepreneurs, spin-offs, start-ups and prototypes. The winners were celebrated on March 12, 2025 in the large ballroom of the Industrial Association. In the Spin-Off category, ProtectLib won with a process for the safe recycling of lithium-ion batteries that is easy and environmentally friendly.
