St. Pölten, Österreich - The glamorous gala evening for NÖN-Sportler election took place in St. Pöltner Hypo-Panoramasaal once again For the strength of sport in Lower Austria. Over 269,000 votes were given to choose the best athletes in the country. One of the most outstanding winners is the Olympic champion in kitesurfing, Valentin Bontus, who secured the title of the athlete of the year.
