Metro Austria: Industry champion for customer satisfaction 2024/25

METRO Austria has made an impressive start to 2025! The company, which runs 16 large markets and three delivery deposits in the country, was recently awarded the wholesaler with the most satisfied customers as part of the "B2B Award Austria 2024/25". This outstanding award is based on a comprehensive customer survey of the independent research institute ÖGVS, in which over 115,000 decision -making ratings for 876 companies from 88 industries were obtained. In addition to customer satisfaction, customer service and price-performance ratio were also included in the assessment. CEO Thierry Guillon-Vererne from Metro Austria emphasizes that this price is confirmation of the company's excellent services in the competitive environment.
