inspiring keynotes and interactive formats
Krishna Manda, Vice President of Corporate Sustainability of the Lenzing Group, will open the camp with its keynote through the integration of sustainability into the core business. On the second day, Prof. Dr. Antoinette Weibel, together with Otti Vogt, talk about what a radical transformation of work can look like. Both top -class speakers want to give impulses on how organizations can be designed more human and sustainably. According to [ots.at], visitors also have the opportunity to actively help shape the sessions, which makes the transformation camp more than just a conference - it is a community of changemakers that develop and discuss future -oriented ideas.
In addition, interactive Labs offer exciting hands-on lectures in which real business transformations are replaced. The participants are not mere listeners, but active co -designers who develop ideas in a dynamic environment that could shape the business world of tomorrow. The places are limited and an innovative networking app makes contact before the event, which can make valuable networks in advance. This unique format combines managers, HR experts and students who all want to play a role in the transformation of the world of work.
