Open day: 15 years of care engagement in Senftenberg!

Ernst-Thälmann Straße 129, 01968 Senftenberg, Deutschland - On January 8, 2025, the Oberspreewald-Lausitz nursing base in Senftenberg celebrates its 15th anniversary with an open day. The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Ernst-Thälmann Straße 129 and invites all interested citizens to find out about the work and success of the nursing base.

The day will be shaped by greetings and a review of the past 15 years. Individual partners of the nursing base are also presented. The OSL care center serves as a free and neutral advice center for the district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz. The services include the determination of the individual need for help, the coordination of nursing and social support offers, the mediation of care offers as well as the clarification of the assumption of costs and support in the event of applications. In addition, the nursing base offers information about social benefits.

Information on the care center

The nursing base has advice centers in Senftenberg, Lübbenau/Spreewald and Lauchhammer. The district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz, the AOK Nordost and the Knappschafts-Bahn-See are carriers. Partial financing takes place through the “Pact für Care” of the State of Brandenburg. The anniversary celebration is therefore a good opportunity to continue the service and success of the nursing base, as well as reported.
