The inauguration marks a significant moment for regional mining history, which came about after years of research and careful work by club members and mining historians. In a three -month construction period, 12 meters of rails were laid on a new gravel bed and an original replica of the "English funding car" was built. This teamwork and the support of sponsors were recognized by Steve Itterhagen, the managing director of the World Heritage Montan region Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří e.V.
