The garden and landscape construction company Kaya from Lahnau recently handed over a donation of 2,000 euros to the Gießen animal welfare association. This financial support is intended to help promote the important work of the association and the care of the animals in the shelter. The animal protection association Gießen also has practical concerns such as the introduction of a bus stop on the country road to Buseck, which is currently being examined. The parking situation at the shelter is also inadequate, and a speed limit in front of the shelter cannot be introduced due to the lack of legal requirements.
