Sandhausen, Deutschland - A dramatic building fire in Osterholz-Scharmbeck occurred on December 2, 2024, when an emergency call came at at 4:33 p.m. on the Bremerhaven control center. The Sandhausen fire brigade, supported by other local weirs from Freißenbüttel, Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Pennigbüttel and Teufelsmoor, immediately moved out to the accident site in Sandhausen. When the emergency services arrived, the upper floor of a single -family house was already in full fire. Fortunately, the residents-two adults and three children-were able to bring themselves to safety in good time, such as Stadtfeuerwehr Osterholz-Scharmbeck
