The new Renault 5 E-Tech will be presented on January 11th and 12th in the car dealerships of Janssen Automobile in Aurich, Leer and North. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offers a raffle in Aurich, where a weekend can be won in Renault 5. The Renault 5 E-Tech is a 100 % electrically operated vehicle with a range of up to 410 km. It is equipped with a BI-Directorate charger, which enables devices to operate or charge devices. In addition, the Renault 5 integrates the "OpenR Link" with Google technology, which offers voice assistance, real-time navigation and over 50 apps. Users can use the personal assistant "Reno" to give various commands, program charging processes and even preheat the interior.

The series version of the Renault 5 E-Tech Electric was presented in February 2024 after the vehicle was announced in early 2021. The first German approvals took place in August 2024, whereby only 186 vehicles were approved by October of the same year. The market launch was initially slow, since initially only the top version could be ordered. The Renault 5 is only offered as an electric car and is based on the AMPR Small (formerly CMF-Bev) platform.The dimensions of the vehicle are 3.92 meters in length and 1.50 meters in height, so that it can be classified in the small car category. Available versions are the R5 Electric 90, R5 Electric 120 and R5 Electric 150, with services of 70 kW (90 hp), 90 kW (120 hp) and 110 kW (150 hp). The WLTP range for the different versions is about 300 km, 307 km and 405 km.
The prices start at 27,900 euros for the 90 kW version, and the equipment includes LED headlights, 18-inch steel bikes as well as wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
