40 years after school: former graduates celebrate in Krieglach

On the first weekend in Advent, a special class reunion took place in the auditorium of the HLW Krieglach: former graduates of the "3-year technical school for women's professions" celebrated their 40th anniversary. The participants were warmly welcomed by director Jochen Täubl and led through the new school. In addition to laughing and the exchange of old memories, the jubilee women and the former director Margarete Brenner were able to see again, which aroused a feeling of solidarity and nostalgia, although the schooling has already returned four decades, like meinbezirk.at reported.

sociable memories and digital connections

After the official part, the celebration in the Petry Village inn in Langenwang continued, where nothing was missing. Old class photos were passed around and many anecdotes from their school days together contributed to the cheerfulness of the evening. A highlight was a video call to Switzerland to greet a class chamberadin that unfortunately could not participate. The graduates found the particular end of the evening in the fact that they agreed to organize a meeting once a year to maintain the old friendships.

Another interesting point in the region, which could be important to the graduates, is the return of the Christmas raffle in Kindberg, which will take place live in the city center after a pandeme-related online phase this year. Such events not only offer a feeling of community, but also revive many beautiful memories of the school and community activities, as well as the Story_der_ms_kindberg shows.
