There, two talents meet with very different musical backgrounds: the celebrated folk opera singer Juliette Khalil and the charismatic blues, soul and R&B guitarist Norbert Schneider. This event promises an exciting fusion of the genres, which will spoil both the hearts of the audience and the ears. Entry costs 25 euros, and with the ORF radio culture house card you can even get a 50 % discount, while Ö1 club members enjoy an additional 10 % discount, as on ots.at

Juliette Khalil, born in Vienna, has already developed to a fixed size at the Vienna Volksoper. Her journey began at the Vienna State Opera, and since then she has shone in remarkable roles such as Eliza Doolittle in "My Fair Lady" and Papagena in the "Magic Flute". She can currently be seen as a Stasi in "The Csárdásfürstin" and inspires with her vocal versatility and acting talent. Norbert Schneider, on the other hand, came to the guitar over the violin and fell in love with the blues. He became known in the Vienna Blues scene of the 90s, where he accompanied internationally known artists with the "Vienna City Blues Band", including blues legend Louisiana Red. His music is a unique mix of blues, soul and R&B, which creates an unmistakable style, like backstage.orf.at reported.
