A 59-year-old woman was seriously injured in a tragic hunting accident in Barßel, Lower Saxony, on December 7th. Residents reported that a group of about 20 hunters had gathered near their home when suddenly a shot was fired from a shotgun. This grisly discovery led to the police being called. The responsible hunting manager was unable to provide any helpful information about the origin of the bucket, which is why officials initially suspected poaching.
