New district editor: Lukas Ipirotis listens to the voices of Ottakring and Hernals

Lukas Ipirotis took over the position of the new district editor for the districts of Ottakring and Hernals on November 1st. He steps into the footsteps of his predecessors and promises to give the residents of the two districts an open ear. Ipirotis, who grew up in West-Wien, brings a personal connection to the concerns of the residents. "I only got to know the challenges and joys that life in Ottakring and Hernals brings with it," he explains.

With a relaxed and easy -going manner, the new editor wants to ensure that people are heard in the districts. "It is important to me that everyone who has a story has the opportunity to find their place in public," he emphasizes. Ipirotis itself identifies itself strongly with the region, which can be seen not only from his childhood memories, but also from his hobbies.
