Waldhausen: 300 euros for bright children's eyes in kindergarten!

In the tranquil community of Waldhausen, a very special tradition was breathed back into life: The couple Birgit and Jürgen Pöcksteiner from Gloxwald donated 300 euros to the local kindergarten on the occasion of the upcoming Christmas holidays. The donation was happily accepted by Monika Leonhartsberger, the head of the kindergarten. How meinkreis.at reported that this gesture is greatly appreciated, as the funds will be used for urgently needed purchases for the children.

But that wasn't all that happened in Waldhausen! Another highlight was the autumn/winter bazaar, which achieved record revenue of 1246 euros. This sum made it possible to hand over two proud donations of 623 euros each to the parents' council of the Maria vom Guten Rat Catholic kindergarten and to the Eiche support association of the Waldhausen elementary school. This significant support benefits the children who are hoping for new play equipment after the old nest swing had to be dismantled se-haertsfeld-kochertal.de reported. The parents' council and the kindergarten management would like to thank the children on behalf of the great donation and are looking forward to the next bazaar in spring.
