Wollzeile 27a, 1010 Wien, Österreich - On May 27, 2025, the Jubilee Benefiz Art Austration of SOS Mismensch starts in cooperation with the Dorotheum. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of SOS Mithensch, the online auction offers over 130 exhibits from well-known artists: inside. Some of the artists involved are: Günter Brus, Veronika Dirnhofer, Guido Katol and Arnulf Rainer.
The proceeds of this auction directly benefit the human rights work of SOS Mismensch. Ute Meißnitzer, who heads the project, emphasizes the high participation of artists: inside and collectors: Inside in this special anniversary campaign. A gratifying aspect of the auction is that the Dorotheum does not offset the money for this auction, which makes participation for buyers:

The commandments can now be submitted online on the Dorotheum website: www.dorotheum.com/sos2025 . In addition, the exhibits on June 3 and 4 can be visited live in the auditorium of sciences, Wollzeile 27a, 1010 Vienna. The auction ends on June 5th at 5 p.m.
It should be emphasized that 50 percent of the purchase price for buyers: on the inside are tax deductible, which makes the works of art not only an emotional but also a financial profit. SOS MITMESCH is a donation-favored organization, and donations of up to 300 euros do not require any formal proof of donation, which makes the process easier for many convinced, such as Finanztip explained.

After the auction ended, the buyers receive an email from SOS Mismensch, which contains information on the transfer and collection of works of art.

The cooperation between SOS Mithensch and the Dorotheum illustrates the commitment of both institutions for human rights and social justice. With this art auction, not only art is to be promoted, but also made aware of important social issues. The project offers a platform for artists: inside, putting their works in the service of a noble matter and at the same time gaining the support of a broad audience.
